Welcome to Suites 55 Ltd. By making a reservation, staying at our property, or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. VAT Inclusion
All room rates are inclusive of 7.5% Value Added Tax (VAT).
2. Rate Adjustment
Room rates are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Payment Policy
Full payment must be made prior to check-in.
Check-in without payment is strictly prohibited.

- Check-in time is from 12:00 PM (Noon).
6. Check-Out Policy
Check-out time is strictly 12:00 PM (Noon) on the departure date.
Stays are calculated on a 12:00 PM to 12:00 PM basis (24 hours).
Late check-outs beyond 12:00 PM may attract additional charges.
Check-outs beyond 5:00 PM may be charged at the full room rate.
7. Liability for Valuables
Guests are advised to deposit money, jewelry, and other valuables with the Reception or Hotel Management for safekeeping.
The hotel shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to valuables not officially deposited.
8. Prohibited Substances & Smoking Policy
The possession, use, or distribution of hard drugs and other illegal substances is strictly prohibited within all rooms and throughout the hotel premises.
Smoking is not permitted inside guest rooms. Guests who wish to smoke may do so only in the designated open bar area.
Any violation of this policy will attract a fine of ₦10,000.00 and may result in immediate eviction from the premises without refund.
9. Underage Guests Policy
- Suites 55 Ltd does not permit the lodging of underage guests (persons below 18 years of age) without the presence of a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult.
- Valid identification may be required at check-in to verify the age of guests.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation where age requirements are not met.
- Any attempt to lodge underage persons in violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.
